Martial Fitness combines Kickboxing pad-work drills with pilates inspired exercises specially aimed at toning and strengthening the body.
Our expert Martial Fitness Coach Eva Nagy is a black belt in Taekwon-Do, a pilates instructor and a Fitness Boxing Coach.
